Baking: Cut down the center of the shell, remove the meat, and clean it. Place the meat on top of the shell and brush it with melted butter and seasonings. Bake at 425F for one and a half minutes per ounce.
Boiling: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Place your lobster tails in the boiling water and allow them to cook for 1 minute per ounce.
Grilling: Preheat your grill to 375F and butterfly your lobster tail. Grill the tail for around 5 minutes directly over the heat.
Steaming: Add a small amount of water to a pot and rest a colander on top. Bring the water to a boil and allow the lobster tail to steam in the colander for one minute per ounce. Season before serving.
