It all begins with wild, sustainably caught seafood straight from the Gulf of Mexico. When a new catch comes in, we clean every piece of seafood meticulously by hand. We make sure to remove bones, bloodlines, skin, and anything else that a machine might miss.

Most of our products come right from the Gulf of Mexico, but we also offer products from other waters. While these seafood items are pre-frozen, we always seek the best quality and pack them on dry ice so that they stay frozen during shipping. Since we always package our fresh products and our frozen products separately, the frozen ones stay frozen, and the fresh ones stay fresh.
After we package our seafood, it's time for shipping. Just like every other aspect of our work, we take this stage of the process seriously. We guarantee that we can ship our seafood to any of the lower 48 states within 48 hours. In fact, if your order does not arrive within that timeframe, we will replace it at no cost to you.
